Roles and Responsibilities
- Title Search & TSR vetting
- Ownership verification & legal due diligence
- Legal advisory on mortgage products & compliance
- Risk management & fraud prevention
- Drafting & reviewing mortgage documentation
- Client escalation handling & TAT management
- Team leadership, recruitment & productivity management
- Relationship management & business development
Eligibility Criteria
- Experience: 3–7 Years (Mortgage Lending / Banking / Business Legal Roles)
- Qualification: LLB / LLM or relevant law degree
- Immediate Joiners Preferred
- Non-Litigation Only
- Strong knowledge of mortgage laws & regulatory frameworks
- Excellent analytical, negotiation & stakeholder management skills
